By accessing or using AVoIP Guard ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
The Service is currently in beta. You acknowledge and agree that:
We will make reasonable efforts to maintain the Service, but during the beta period it is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties.
AVoIP Guard is a cybersecurity visibility and remediation platform designed for AV-over-IP networks. The Service collects and analyzes network flow metadata (NetFlow/IPFIX) to detect threats and anomalies.
Important: We do not inspect or store the actual media content (audio, video, or data streams) passing through your network.
Security Disclaimer: AVoIP Guard provides network visibility, anomaly detection, and recommended remediation actions. We do not guarantee that the Service will detect all threats, prevent all security incidents, or provide complete protection. You remain solely responsible for the overall security of your networks, systems, and data. The Service is a tool to assist your security efforts and is not a substitute for them.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis and automatically renew unless canceled before the end of the current billing period. All payments are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in our policies.
For paid and enterprise customers, our Data Processing Addendum (DPA) forms part of the Agreement and governs how we process personal data on your behalf.
All content, features, and functionality of the Service are owned by AVoIP Guard LLC and are protected by intellectual property laws.
If you provide us with any feedback, suggestions, ideas, or other input regarding the Service ("Feedback"), you grant AVoIP Guard LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, distribute, and otherwise exploit that Feedback in any manner and for any purpose without any obligation, attribution, or compensation to you.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AVoIP Guard LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason, with or without notice.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
